"I strongly believe in sustainable capitalism and I am committed to shaping a world where humanity can live peacefully in a sustainable environment. This is the driving force behind my family office, which invests in sustainable businesses, charities and art organizations."

On February 10, 2026, Mathias Muther will celebrate his debut as a business angel on PULS 4 and JOYN.AT. From a trained plumber to a successful multi-entrepreneur - his journey has been anything but straightforward. It led through highs and lows and was marked by bold decisions, significant personal risk, and countless sleepless nights. Often there were no guarantees - only an unwavering belief in his own vision and the uncompromising determination to keep going.
These very experiences have shaped Mathias Muther. They taught him how crucial it is to learn from mistakes, to speak openly about setbacks, and to see challenges as an integral part of entrepreneurial growth.
As an investor on 2 Minuten 2 Millionen, he pursues a clear goal: to provide start-ups with guidance, help them avoid common beginner mistakes, and offer genuine support - not only financially, but above all on a human and entrepreneurial level. For him, the person behind the idea is always at the center, with their passion, dedication, and innovative spirit.
At the same time, it is very important to him to make a sustainable contribution to strengthening the Austrian economy and to demonstrate the immense potential our country holds.

Our office location in Vienna is situated in the historic building at Lugeck, in the 1st district – right in the heart of Vienna. The building was first mentioned in 1257 as "Luogeckhe," a name that refers to a vantage point from a corner tower. In 1435, the area was known as "Am Luegegk bei den Fleischbänken," and by 1504, it was simply called Lugeck. Even in the High Middle Ages, this location was a bustling center of Viennese trade.

About Mathias Muther
Mathias Muther was born in 1982 as an only child in a small mountain village in Vorarlberg, where he still lives today alongside his second home of Vienna. After his compulsory schooling, he completed an apprenticeship as a gas, water and heating technician and then went on to study economics part-time and gain his MBA.
Among other things, he is the founder and chairman of the Aerocompact group, one of the world's leading providers in the solar racking technology sector. Mathias Muther transferred the Aerocompact Group to the Mathias Muther Private Foundation in 2022. In 2018, Aerocompact was recognized as a Born Global Champion by the Chamber of Commerce. In the same year, Mathias Muther was accepted into the Senate of Economy as a senator. With more than 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, he is one of the "first mover" entrepreneurs in this field.
In addition to his work as an investor and entrepreneur, he is building up the charity project "Solar Power Aid", which aims to restore the power supply in crisis regions hit by environmental disasters as quickly as possible using photovoltaics and battery storage packages.
Besides his home in Vorarlberg, Mathias lives with his girlfriend in Vienna, where he has also established the majority of his companies and foundation.
The logo of the Family Office is based on the Muther family coat of arms and is derived from the original emblem dating back to the 13th century. The original coat of arms served as inspiration for the modern logo of the Family Office.
The first depiction of the family coat of arms dates back to the 13th century. A later depiction of the coat of arms, shown in Figure 02, is from the year 1805. The Muther family originally hails from the canton of Uri in Switzerland, but later settled in Austria.
The second depiction shows the emblem of the Mathias Muther Family Office and is an abstract interpretation of the original family coat of arms.
